- Seenify (Email productivity and engagement tracking)
- Broadmail (Permission-based email campaign management)
- codeguyakash.in (Our primary corporate and developer studio website)
We believe in data minimization. We only collect the minimal technical data required to deliver our software reliably, and we never monetize or sell personal data.
2. Information We Collect
The information we process depends on how you interact with our products:
A. Account & Contact Information
When you sign up, join a waitlist, or submit a support inquiry, we collect your name, email address, and message contents to respond and authenticate your account.
B. Product-Specific Data: Seenify
Seenify records email engagement metadata (e.g. timestamp of email opens, broad device category, and IP-derived geolocation) via a transparent 1x1 tracking pixel embedded in sent emails.
Critical Disclosure: Seenify does not read, store, index, or retain the textual body or private file attachments of your emails. Only message ID references and open timestamps are logged to generate your read receipts.
C. Product-Specific Data: Broadmail
Broadmail stores recipient email addresses imported directly by the account owner, campaign templates, delivery timestamps, bounce diagnostics, and opt-out statuses. Broadmail enforces explicit permission-based email handling.
D. Technical & Log Information
Standard server logs may capture IP addresses, browser user-agents, referral URLs, and request error codes to maintain server reliability, protect against abuse, and diagnose performance issues.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain Seenify and Broadmail functionality.
- To deliver real-time notifications and dashboard metrics requested by users.
- To provide customer support and respond to technical issues.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent use, spamming, and system abuse.
- To manage future subscription billing and payment verification through Dodo Payments.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
Our websites use essential cookies and browser local storage strictly for authentication tokens and functional preferences. We do not employ third-party cross-site advertising cookies or behavioral tracking networks.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with trusted third-party cloud infrastructure and service providers under strict data protection terms:
- Hosting & Edge: Vercel, Cloudflare, and AWS for global application delivery.
- Payment Processing: Dodo Payments (upon launch of commercial subscription tiers). Payment card numbers are collected directly by Dodo Payments and never stored on our servers.
- Transactional Email: SMTP relays (Gmail/Google Workspace API) for authenticated dispatching.
